Katie Pinder

Katie Pinder has extensive experience in talent management and employer engagement within the education and apprenticeship sectors. Currently serving as the Global Emerging Talent Lead at Mace since February 2019, Katie is responsible for executing the global emerging talent strategy and collaborating with stakeholders to develop learning solutions and oversee talent frameworks. Prior roles include leading the industrial placement programme at the University of Reading, managing apprenticeship initiatives at Stockport College, and engaging local businesses to foster apprenticeship opportunities. Katie’s academic background includes a Higher National Diploma in Textile Technology for Fashion and a Level 5 CIPD qualification.
