Kerrie Smith is a seasoned professional in health and wellbeing, currently serving as the Global Health and Wellbeing Lead at Mace since May 2018. In this role, Kerrie spearheads the strategic implementation of Mace's global health and wellbeing initiatives, focusing on psychosocial risk management, inclusive wellbeing, and leadership development. Previous positions include Associate Director of Health and Wellbeing and Senior Health and Wellbeing Manager, providing extensive expertise in occupational and mental health, neurodiversity, and employee engagement. Prior to Mace, Kerrie contributed to the East London Business Alliance as a Project Manager for the 'Cashwise' Project and worked at RSA as a Wellbeing Partner. Kerrie began a career in wellbeing at Hastings Direct as the Colleague Wellbeing Coordinator, after obtaining a Master's Degree in Occupational and Business Psychology from Kingston University and a BA(hons) in Sociology and English Literature from the University of Brighton.
