Lance Hermanstein

Lance Hermanstein is a seasoned mechanical engineer with a strong background in project management and engineering services. Currently serving as a Senior Mechanical Project Engineer at Mace since September 2024, Lance previously held the position of Mechanical Project Engineer at JRL Group Ltd from September 2019 to September 2024. Additional experience includes roles as a Mechanical Engineer at TÜV SÜD and a Graduate Mechanical Services Engineer at Bailey Partnership. Early in the career, Lance completed an internship at Sofidel S.p.A. and earned a BEng (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering from De Montfort University in 2016.
