Lee Rich

Lee Rich is an experienced construction professional currently serving as Associate Director - Commercial at Mace since December 2019, overseeing significant projects such as Palmerston Court and Paddington Square in London. Prior to this role, Lee held the position of Commercial Manager at Sir Robert McAlpine from May 2016 to November 2019, managing large infrastructure and commercial projects, including Pump House Lane and 100 Liverpool Street. Earlier experience includes roles as Managing Quantity Surveyor at Morgan Sindall Construction & Infrastructure, Senior Quantity Surveyor at Killby & Gayford Limited, Quantity Surveyor at Clark & Fenn Skanksa Limited, and Assistant/Intermediate Quantity Surveyor at OCL Limited. Lee holds a BSc (Hons) in Industrial Design and Technology from Loughborough University, completed in 2002.
