Luke Willis

Luke Willis is an experienced operations director with a strong background in project management and delivery within various sectors, currently serving as Programme Director of the MoJ's Estates Delivery Partner programme at Mace since September 2011. With a history of roles including Associate Director and Senior Project Manager, Luke has led significant projects for clients such as the Natural History Museum and University College London Hospitals, managing multi-million pound portfolios. Prior experience in the British Army included roles as an Operations Officer and Training and Mentoring Manager, overseeing complex operations and leading transformative training programs. Luke holds a Master of Science in Project Management in the Built Environment from Oxford Brookes University and a Bachelor of Science in Sports Science from Liverpool John Moores University.
