Mark England

Mark England is an experienced operations and project management professional with a strong focus on large-scale infrastructure and deconstruction programs in the defense and nuclear sectors. Currently serving as Operations Director - Programme Management at Mace, Mark leads the integration of partner organizations for a multi-billion-pound defense infrastructure program. Previous roles include Transfer and Deconstruction Director at EDF, where Mark oversaw critical programs for the AGR reactor fleet, and Commercial and Project Controls Director at Bechtel Corporation, managing performance data for a significant airport investment program. Mark has also held senior leadership positions at EnergySolutions, Magnox, British Nuclear Group Limited, and BNFL, demonstrating a successful track record in business development, client strategy, and project delivery within the nuclear industry. Mark holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from the University of Birmingham.
