Matt Winney

Matt Winney is an accomplished Associate Director of Design at Mace since October 2020, bringing extensive experience in project management and design leadership. Previously, Matt served as Director at PML, where responsibilities included leading the Pre-Construction & Design Management function and supporting a business rebrand, with significant involvement in the AstraZeneca project Laureate in Cambridge. Prior roles included Pre-Construction Manager at VINCI, where project opportunities for North London and the Northern Home Counties were managed, and leading the Pre-Con efforts on the Illumina Project, a £79 million laboratory and office headquarters. Matt has also held positions at Morgan Sindall Construction & Infrastructure and Willmott Dixon, contributing to various large-scale projects throughout a career that began with an NVQ5 in Construction & Contracts Management completed in 2006.
