Max Petrucci has over 15 years of experience in socio-economics and employment skills management, currently serving as Senior Socio-Economics Manager at Mace since July 2008. In this role, Max oversees the Socio-Economics team, manages resource allocation, and develops Employment & Skills Plans that align with Section 106 agreements. Strong relationship-building skills are employed to engage clients and stakeholders, while also leading efforts to standardize reporting and compliance within the department. Additionally, Max plays a crucial role in influencing business decisions, initiating process changes, and representing Mace at external events. Prior experience includes serving as Employment Skills Manager at Mace and Employer Engagement Manager at Acton Training Centre Ltd from September 2005 to June 2008.
