Michael Leslie currently serves as an Associate Director at Mace since January 2023 and holds the title of Strategy Lead at Great British Nuclear, starting in May 2024 as part of a secondment from Mace. Prior to these roles, Michael spent over seven years at AECOM, progressing through various positions including Programme Manager for Operations in Europe, Chief of Staff for the UK & Ireland, and Senior Engineer, after beginning as a Graduate Engineer. Earlier experience includes a brief tenure as a Student Design Engineer at Windhoek Mansjienenfabriek and an internship at Volkswagen AG. Michael holds a Bachelor of Engineering with Honors in Mechanical Engineering from Stellenbosch University, completed in 2014, and a National Senior Certificate from Paul Roos Gymnasium Old Boys Union, awarded in 2009.
