Mike Bailey is an Associate Director with extensive experience in commercial management and project delivery, particularly within complex engineering schemes. Previously, they served as a Senior Quantity Surveyor at MB Cost Consultancy Service Ltd, where they supported large-scale projects by managing NEC and FIDIC contracts. Mike also worked as an Associate at WSP, leading the commercial aspects of the M42 Junction 6 Improvement Scheme. They hold a BSc in Commercial Management and Quantity Surveying from The University of Wolverhampton, earned in 2006.
