Neave Thompson

Neave Thompson is an experienced professional in sustainability management, currently serving as a Senior Sustainability Manager at Mace since September 2025, with a focus on public sector and life sciences. Prior to this role, Neave spent over three years at Winvic Construction Ltd, starting as a Sustainability & CSR Coordinator and advancing to Sustainability Manager. Neave also held the position of Consumer Sales Assistant at Gilt Edged Promotions for a brief period.
