Olly Bartlett

Olly Bartlett is an accomplished Associate Director of Operational Excellence with extensive experience in Training, Learning and Development management. Previously, Olly served as the Training Manager at BYLOR Joint Venture, overseeing a significant apprenticeship program for the Hinkley Point C project, the largest civil engineering project in Europe. Olly has held various roles in project management and quality assurance across multiple sectors, including education and automotive engineering. With a Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Leadership and Management, Olly is passionate about implementing effective Safety and Quality interventions in the nuclear field.
