Pete Smedmor

Pete Smedmor is an Associate Director at Mace Private Sector, currently managing fit-out works for a major investment bank's new London headquarters. They previously held roles in various organizations, including Project Manager at Tribal Group and Building Surveyor at Glenny LLP, where they managed numerous building surveys and refurbishment projects. From 2007 to 2010, Pete served as a Project Manager with Haringey Council, overseeing significant educational transformations within the Building Schools for the Future programme. They also worked with Network Rail as an Internal Project Manager from 2010 to 2015, focusing on dilapidations and building closures. Pete earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Building Surveying from London South Bank University between 1998 and 2001.
