Phil Campbell

Phil Campbell is a marketing and communications expert currently serving as the Marketing and Communications Lead at Mace Construct since March 2022. Previously, Phil held the position of Senior Corporate Affairs Manager at NFRC from April 2020 to March 2022, and served as Head of Policy and Communications at the Federation of Master Builders from January 2019 to April 2020. Additionally, Phil worked at the Recruitment & Employment Confederation in various capacities including Senior Policy Advisor and temporary Policy Team Leader from June 2015 to December 2019. Early career experience includes a role as Parliamentary Assistant to an MP at the House of Commons from 2013 to May 2015. Phil holds a BSc in Geography from the University of Bristol, completed in 2013.
