Roman Ghafar

Roman Ghafar is an experienced engineering professional with a solid academic foundation, holding a Bachelor of Civil Engineering (Honours) from City, University of London and a Master’s degree in Structural Engineering from Imperial College London. Roman has worked in various engineering roles, including positions at Mitchellson and Byrne Bros (Formwork), where they contributed to significant projects such as Clapham Junction and 20 Farringdon. Roman advanced to a Structural Construction Manager at Ballymore and currently serves as an Associate Director of Engineering at Mace. Additionally, Roman has earned a Level 5 qualification in Management and Leadership with Distinction from the Chartered Management Institute.
