Ross Gates is an experienced business leader with 45 years in the property industry, having worked as an architect, project manager, contractor, and consultant across various sectors including commercial, education, healthcare, and residential markets. They have held significant roles in multiple companies, such as Managing Director at MGAC and Programme Director at Mace, and have managed projects ranging from niche endeavors to multi-billion dollar programs across international boundaries. Ross's broad experience and extensive network in the industry enable them to assist clients effectively, utilizing relationships built over years of cross-regional work in Europe, the Middle East, Asia Pacific, and North America. Ross holds a BA(Hons) DipArch RIBA in Architectural Studies from The University of Sheffield and is currently pursuing a degree in Finance to Influence Strategic Decisions at Cranfield University.
