Rufus Ashley

Rufus Ashley is a Chartered Building Surveyor currently serving as an Associate Director at Mace. With experience spanning the Residential, Commercial, Defence, Education, and Healthcare sectors, Rufus previously held the position of Senior Building Surveyor at WYG Group from 2015 to 2021, where they worked on various projects including compliance advising and life cycle asset surveys for large government buildings. Rufus began their career as a Property Manager at Cheffins from 2012 to 2014, where they handled tenancy agreements, property appraisals, and dispute resolutions. They hold an MSc in Building Surveying from Kingston University and a BA Hons in Business and Management from De Montfort University.
