Shaun Pearson

Shaun Pearson is an accomplished Executive Programme Director with extensive experience in project and design management within the construction industry. Currently serving at Mace as the Executive Programme Director for the Events Investment Fund (EIF) in Riyadh, KSA, Shaun previously held key positions such as Senior Operations Director at Qiddiya Investment Company and Associate Director at the Crown Prince Private Affairs, where Shaun directed complex, high-value projects and engaged with senior leadership, including HRH the Crown Prince. With a multifaceted background across various notable companies, including Laing O'Rourke and Consolidated Contractors International Company, Shaun has demonstrated expertise in BIM/Digital Engineering, design management, and strategic leadership, significantly contributing to the successful execution of numerous high-profile construction initiatives throughout the Middle East, Europe, and Russia. Educationally, Shaun holds multiple degrees from the University of Nottingham, including a DipArchPrac and BArch(Hons).
