Stephen Mercier

Stephen Mercier is an experienced operations and project controls professional with a career spanning over three decades in the construction and infrastructure sectors. Currently serving as Operations Director at Mace since July 2023, Stephen is involved in high-profile projects such as the Qiddiya Speed Park Buildings in Riyadh. Prior to this role, significant contributions were made as Project Director at Turner & Townsend from February 2016 to July 2023, managing a team of Project Controls and PMO specialists. Experience includes positions at DECMIL as Pre Contracts Manager and Planning Manager, and leadership roles at LogiKal Projects and Turner & Townsend in various capacities, including Regional Director for Energy Australia. Stephen's foundational roles included planning management for major infrastructure projects at BAA and John Laing Construction.
