Stuart McLoughlin

Stuart McLoughlin is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in project management and contracts management across various sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Mace since August 2016, Stuart has been instrumental in the associated development programme of HPC. Prior to this role, Stuart worked at Aspire Defence Services from June 2011 to August 2016, managing multiple projects within the Estates department at Larkhill Garrison, focusing on the Project Allenby Connaught PFI contract. Previous experience includes project management roles at Michael Thorne Construction, Matrix Solutions Ltd, Connaught RBS Ltd, and Arden Contracts Ltd, where responsibilities ranged from overseeing projects involving historic buildings to managing health and safety and client relations. Stuart holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from The University of Manchester and has a foundational education at Oakham School.
