Tim Holt

Tim Holt is a seasoned construction professional currently serving as a Senior Construction Manager at Mace since May 2023. Previously, Tim held positions as Construction Manager at ALEC and Site Manager on significant projects, including his pivotal role at Multiplex as a Project Engineer overseeing the ICD Brookfield Place project during challenging pandemic conditions. Earlier career experience includes serving as a Site Engineer at Rosenlund Contractors, where Tim engaged with high-risk demolition and civil works, and as a Cadet in project management. Tim holds a Bachelor of Urban Development with a focus on Construction Management from Queensland University of Technology, completed in 2015.
