Tom Cotter

Tom Cotter is an experienced operations director and project management consultant currently employed at Mace since March 2023. Previously, Tom held roles as Associate Director and UK Maritime Sector Lead at Turner & Townsend from November 2011 to February 2023. Tom has a strong background in project management, having served as Senior Project Manager at Blackwood Homes, Care and Support, where Tom has also been a Board Member and held various leadership roles in advisory and committee positions since 2019. With key project management experience at companies like tie Ltd, Atlas Marine Contractors Ltd, and Network Rail, Tom’s career spans over three decades. Tom earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from The Open University Business School and has furthered education through various institutions.
