Tom Ford has extensive experience in commercial roles, primarily within the defence sector and the automotive industry. From October 2019 to August 2022, Tom served as Associate Commercial Lead at the UK Ministry of Defence, progressing through several titles, including Commercial Manager and Commercial Lead. Prior experience includes positions at Defence Equipment & Support (DE&S) as Junior Commercial Officer and Commercial Officer, as well as roles at Wellsway BMW as Parts Advisor and Service Advisor. Currently, Tom holds the position of Senior Commercial Manager (Consultancy) at Mace since February 2023. Tom is also educated in Purchasing, Procurement/Acquisitions and Contracts Management, holding a Level 5 qualification from the Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply obtained between 2017 and 2018.
