Usman Naeem

Usman Naeem is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in smart cities, digital, IT, and ICT projects. Currently serving as Senior Advisor (P5) for Mace, Usman is involved in significant projects related to the KSA PIF Giga 5 initiative since October 2023. Previously, Usman held the position of Executive Director Smart Cities & ICT at Ravi Urban Development Authority from July 2021 to September 2023. Other notable roles include Consultant for Smart Cities at an undisclosed firm, Chief Technology Officer at Punjab Safe Cities Authority, and various senior positions at Huawei Technologies, AT&T, STC, and Vodafone UK. Usman Naeem earned a Master of Engineering in Telecoms from Queen's University Belfast in 2003.
