Wayne Hupping

Wayne Hupping is currently an Associate Director at Mace, a position they have held since 2025. Previously, they worked for Skanska for approximately nine years, contributing to seven commercial projects, four refurbishments, and three new build constructions. Their roles at Skanska included Operations Manager, Senior Project Manager, and Senior Mechanical Project Engineer, where they were involved in significant projects like The Scalpel. Wayne also served as Senior Manager Technical Services at Overbury for a brief period in 2025. They earned a distinction in HNC Engineering in the Built Environment from City of Westminster College between 2014 and 2016.
