Ashley Venable

Ashley (York) Venable serves as Vice President of Asset Management and Property Management at Macerich since March 2021. Prior experience includes roles as Vice President of Asset Management and Senior General Manager at General Growth Properties from October 2013 to March 2021, and Vice President of Asset Management at Brookfield Properties Retail during the same period. Ashley's career with Macerich began in 2006 as a Senior Property Manager, prior to which experience was gained in the Office of Budget and Management at GSA from 2006 to 2007. Ashley holds an MBA in Real Estate Finance from Virginia Commonwealth University and a BS in Business Management with minors in Information Technology and Economics from George Mason University.
