Ben McLaughlin

Ben McLaughlin is an experienced retail professional currently serving as a Specialty Leasing Manager at Macerich since August 2022. Previously, Ben held various leadership positions including Store Director at ESCADA, Boutique Director at Christian Louboutin, and Team Manager at Louis Vuitton, overseeing women’s apparel and accessories. Ben's retail career began with roles at Vince, Nordstrom, and Hugo Boss, where skills in sales and management were honed. Ben earned a Bachelor's degree in Apparel Design and Technology from Purdue University between 2004 and 2008.
