Mark Klein

As Senior Vice President, National Leasing, Mark Klein creates leasing strategies and oversees leasing transactions with top-tier national retail clients throughout Macerich’s portfolio of regional town centers.

Mr. Klein joined Macerich in 1986 as a Leasing Manager and has grown his career with the company through several key roles, including Regional Vice President of Leasing and Vice President of National Leasing Services. He currently directs and supervises leasing team members throughout the country, identifies new opportunities with retailers, and negotiates and analyzes ongoing lease transactions.

Mr. Klein earned a B.A. from Washburn University and was named a Certified Leasing Specialist from the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
