Ryan Williams

Ryan Williams, CMD, serves as the General Manager at Macerich, overseeing the property management of Fashion District in Philadelphia since September 2022. Previously, Ryan held various leadership roles at Saks Fifth Avenue from March 2012 to September 2022, including VP/General Manager and Director of Marketing, where responsibilities spanned sales strategy, team development, and innovative marketing initiatives. Prior experience also includes Director of Field Marketing at General Growth Properties and multiple marketing positions at Macerich. Ryan's career began as Promotions Director at NewMark Merrill Companies, leveraging extensive marketing expertise across multiple retail environments. Ryan holds a BS in Marketing from San Diego State University.
