Steve Schmid

Steve Schmid has over 15 years of experience in information technology, currently serving as the AVP of Information Technology at Macerich since January 2009. In this role, Steve has taken on various responsibilities in Oracle Business Intelligence 11g projects, including project management, requirements gathering, dashboard design and development, data validation, and end-user training. Prior to Macerich, Steve worked as a Business Intelligence Consultant at Hitachi Consulting from September 2007 to November 2008, focusing on Hyperion, Microsoft, and Oracle technologies. Steve holds a degree from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, which was completed between 2005 and 2007.
