Mark Jacobs is an experienced records and archives professional with a career spanning over two decades. From January 2004 to January 2017, Mark served as a Senior Archivist at King & Wood Mallesons, where collaboration with various departments ensured effective archiving processes. Following this, Mark held the position of Archives Supervisor at Charles Russell Speechlys LLP from February 2019 to May 2021, supervising a team and streamlining departmental workflow. In May 2021, Mark became the Archives Manager at Charles Russell Speechlys, focusing on process improvements and team development. Prior to current responsibilities as Records Manager at Macfarlanes since March 2023, Mark worked as a Records Management Specialist at Willis Towers Watson, contributing to a global records management program.
