Simon Beale

Simon Beale serves as the Head of Insolvency at Macfarlanes LLP, where they have worked since 2005, specializing in corporate recovery and restructuring. Prior to this, Simon practiced as a solicitor at CMS Cameron McKenna from 1999 to 2005, focusing on corporate recovery and banking, and at Nabarro LLP from 1998 to 1999, with expertise in corporate and personal insolvency. Simon earned a BA (Hons) in Chemistry from the University of Oxford between 1985 and 1989 and is the author of the "Insolvency and Restructuring Manual," published by Bloomsbury Professional.
