Will Hedges is a partner and head of the commercial team at Macfarlanes, where they advise on and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, focusing on sectors such as financial services, media, technology, and hospitality. With expertise in intellectual property, Will specializes in brand licensing, sponsorship, and franchising arrangements. Previously, Will served as a trainee solicitor and associate at Slaughter and May before becoming a senior associate at Macfarlanes. Will holds a Master of Arts in Law from the University of Cambridge, completed in 2006.
