Michael Heap

Michael Heap is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in consulting, coaching, and sports management. Currently serving as a Managing Consultant at MacGregor Black since November 2022, Michael specializes in talent management within the sports, outdoor, fashion, and luxury sectors. Previously, Michael held the position of Academy Manager at Newcastle Thunder from May 2013 to September 2022, overseeing strategic planning and player development for a large program. Additional roles include Assistant First Team Coach at The Rugby Football League and Regional Manager for Rugrats Rugby.
