Colin Hurd is the CEO of Mach and a co-director at the Ag Startup Engine, bringing extensive experience in the agriculture, industrial, and heavy machinery sectors. They founded Smart Ag, which created the first aftermarket driverless system for tractors, leading it through a successful exit to Raven Industries in 2019. Prior to this, Colin founded Agriculture Concepts, where they developed and commercialized the TrackTill product, and served in strategic roles at Raven Industries, focusing on autonomy and AI. Colin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Studies and Business from Iowa State University, and also serves on the board for Birds Eye Robotics and as Chairman of the Board for Haber Technologies.
