Steve McCarthy

Steve McCarthy is an accomplished entrepreneur and consultant with extensive experience in venture building, innovation strategy, and product design. Currently serving as Principal Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Mach49, Steve leads global efforts in product design and storytelling while managing a team of designers. Steve has a proven track record in the EMEA region, overseeing venture building activities, managing teams, and enhancing delivery methodologies for clients such as TDK and Airbus. Prior to Mach49, Steve held key roles at Brandwidth, where expertise in insight and strategy was developed, and founded Urban Theory Films. Educational accomplishments include a Master’s degree and a Bachelor’s degree from Kingston University.
