Damian Baxter

Damian Baxter has extensive work experience in various roles related to business development and sales within the insurance industry. Damian currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Machine Learning Programs (MLP), where they are responsible for educating customers on the benefits of data science in insurance and leading teams to deliver results. Prior to this, Damian worked as a Sales Director at HUGHUB from 2018 to 2022. Damian also served as an Associate Director of Business Development at Open GI from 2014 to 2018 and as the Head of Business Development at PowerPlace Insurance Services Ltd from 2012 to 2014. Damian has held previous positions such as Head of Sales at Keelan Westall from 2010 to 2012, and Business Development Manager at PowerPlace Insurance Services Ltd from 2009 to 2010. Damian gained experience as an Operations Manager at Kingsway Insurance Services from 2006 to 2009 and as the Group Marketing Manager at Grantham Honda from 2001 to 2002.

Damian Baxter attended English Martyrs R.C School from 1990 to 1998. Damian did not receive a degree or pursue any specific field of study during this time. From 1998 to 2001, Damian went on to study at the University of Lincoln, where they obtained a 2:1 Ba Hons degree in Management.
