Machine Performance Center is the premier multi-use facility in Northern Virginia.  We strive to bring the best of the best with Machine Swim School, Machine Fitness, Machine M3 Triathlon, and PT Solutions all under one roof.

Machine Swim School offers private and small group lessons for all ages. Our warm water tanks and lap pool provide a comfortable learning environment for swimmers of all levels.  We also offer premier coaching and video analysis for competitive swimmers.

Machine Fitness offers boutique small-group classes throughout the week ranging from yoga to TRX.  We also have offer personal training sessions in our state of the art gym.

Machine Performance Center is home to M3 Triathlon.  Athletes train throughout the year for all levels of race, from beginner to Ironman, with group sessions and one on one coaching. Our athletes compete in regional and national events.

PT Solutions is an athlete-centric physical therapist located in-house.  Their therapists strive to serve their clients using research-driven treatments to provide relief and restoration of their normal life.
