Tom Doyle

Tom Doyle has extensive work experience in operations and manufacturing leadership roles. Tom currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Machine Solutions Inc., where they lead the manufacturing and supply chain operations for a global medical device company. Prior to this, they were the Vice President of Operations at Flowserve Corporation, where they implemented operational transformations and established standardized processes across multiple manufacturing sites. Tom also held leadership positions at UTC Aerospace Systems and Goodrich, where they led operations strategy, rationalization efforts, and business improvement initiatives. Earlier in their career, they served as the Director of Operations at TRW Vehicle Safety Systems. Throughout their career, Tom has achieved notable accomplishments such as cost optimization, business rationalization, and implementation of Lean principles.

Tom Doyle has a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Arizona. Additionally, they have a Masters degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
