Ryan Little

Ryan Little serves as President of Right Payer Solutions at Machinify since February 2025, contributing to a healthcare intelligence company backed by over 40 years of industry expertise. Previously, Ryan held leadership roles at The Rawlings Group, including Chief Executive Officer and President, and served as Executive Vice President before becoming a Senior Vice President at Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) Foundation. Ryan's earlier experience includes a Managing Director position at Stern Stewart & Co. and work as an Investment Banking Analyst at Alex. Brown & Sons, Inc. An alumnus of the University of Virginia with a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance, Ryan also holds an MBA from the University of Louisville and an Executive Program Certificate in Artificial Intelligence from MIT Sloan School of Management.
