Ricky Hai

Ricky Hai has worked in the software development and engineering industry for over 8 years. In 2019, they began working as a Software Developer for Machool Technologies Ltd., where they collaborated with the business and management teams to understand, document and implement customer requirements/specifications. Prior to this, they worked as a Software Developer/Big Data Engineer (Machine learning | Deep learning) at GAION Co., Ltd. from 2018. From 2015 to 2018, Ricky Hai was a MS Candidate-Research Assistant-DCN Lab at Kwangwoon University, where they worked on projects such as building a future telecom and network computing platform and applying Artificial Intelligence to management of resources for virtualized networks functions. From 2011 to 2015, they were a Senior Software Test Engineer at TMA Solutions, where they researched and analyzed technical docs to understand features and function of distributed real time communication (RTC) Java applications.

Ricky Hai has a Master's degree in Computer Science from Kwangwoon University from 2015 to 2018. Ricky also obtained an Information Technology Engineering degree from Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology from 2007 to 2012. In 2009, Ricky Hai obtained a Linux Operating System Cert from ATHENA HCM Center and a Certification from VnPro in CCNA-Cisco. Additionally, in 2019, Ricky Hai obtained an I.S.P. (Information Systems Professional) Certification from CIPS (Canada's Association of I.T. Professionals), a Verified International Academic Qualifications from World Education Services, and a BigData - IBM SPSS Modeler from SPSS Korea Data Solution Inc. in 2018.
