Mack & Co. is a global private investment management platform serving family offices and ultra-high-net-worth individuals.

Founded in 2010 by Roszell Mack III, a seasoned investment banker and venture capitalist, Mack & Co. was built with a singular purpose: to create a highly bespoke, purpose-built investment platform for sophisticated investors operating “under the radar.”

Our clients’ interests always come first. We work with a select group of family offices and investors who value discretion, long-term thinking, and access over scale.

Mack & Co. provides clients with an exponential base of intellectual capital and insight, combining deep experience with differentiated access to investment managers, capital opportunities, and operating partners. Our platform supports manager access, capital introduction, and direct investment capability across private markets.

We intentionally prioritize quality over quantity—cultivating trusted, long-term relationships with best-in-class family offices, managers, portfolio companies, and operators worldwide.

Mack & Co. is defined by:
• Client-first alignment
• Deep private-markets expertise
• Selective, high-conviction partnerships
• Long-term, relationship-driven investing
