Logan Taylor has held a variety of roles in the customer experience field. Starting in 2014, they were an Account Manager at Hourwise. In 2015, they took on the role of Senior Director of Training and Education at Alton Lane, in addition to Director of Experience and Client Experience Specialist. In 2021, they moved to Swig Life as the Director of Experience. Currently, Logan is the Director of Customer Experience at Mack Weldon.
