Build Systems. Build Leaders.

I'm John McCulley, but most people just call me Johnny Mack. Hopefully, you will too. Throughout my career as a software engineer and app developer, I've built everything from scrappy startup MVPs to enterprise systems serving millions of users.

But here's what I learned the hard way: The biggest challenges aren't technical. They're human. Brilliant code doesn't matter if your team is burned out. Perfect architecture means nothing if you can't scale your leadership.

That's why I shifted from just building systems to building the leaders who build the systems. Now I help entrepreneurs combine technical excellence with leadership mastery to create something truly unstoppable.
