Ed Mackenzie Smith

Ed Mackenzie Smith is the Director and Founder of Mackenzie Smith Properties Ltd, which they established in 1992 after building a successful eight-office network. Ed began their career in 1972 as an office junior with Mann & Co estate agents before serving as a Private Soldier in the Army from 1974 to 1977. They returned to the estate agency sector in 1977, working with Carson Thomson as a sales negotiator and later as Manager and Area Manager. Ed founded Mackenzie Smith (Reading) in 1984, selling it in 1986 to join Carson & Co as Land & New Homes Director.
