Michael Chen

Michael Chen is an Associate Principal and Senior Planner/Project Manager at Mackenzie, where they have managed design phases for various construction projects since 2009. With 20 years of experience in land-use and building permit entitlement, they have developed strong relationships with jurisdictions and planning bodies to ensure successful project outcomes. Michael has also held previous roles at the City of Mercer Island, Core Design Inc., and King County DDES, focusing on land use applications and project management. They hold a BA in Environmental Planning & Policy from Western Washington University.
