Jay Weinstein has been working in the tech industry since 2000. Jay began their career as the MIS Manager at Battery Park City Parks Conservancy, where they developed an in-house FileMaker solution for management of parks programming and incident reporting. Jay also provided broad technical support, including management of file servers, email servers and database servers, in addition to general desktop support. In 2004, they joined Macktez as a Senior Consultant and FileMaker Developer. Jay's active projects included record label operations and sales, fine arts catalogue raisonne and collections management, and management systems for non-profits. Jay's current clients include The Robert Rauschenberg Foundation, The Judd Foundation, Star of Hope Foundation, Megan Fox Kelly Art Advisory, Mike Kelley Foundation for the Arts, LeRoy Neiman Foundation, Parents League of New York, Mexican Summer / Kemado Records, Rough Trade Publishing and Bank Robber Music, The Office of Design and Architecture. In 2011, they became the Owner of workingdraft.info.
Jay Weinstein attended The University of New Mexico from 1994 to 1998 and obtained an M.A. in English with a focus in Literature, Rhetoric and Japanese.
