Mission, Vision & Values

Vision: To build sustainable, value-driven solutions that enhance the welfare of users, communities and the environment — ensuring that all stakeholders “thrive together.”
Mission: To deliver advanced technology solutions aligned with contemporary societal needs, with sustainability, reliability, and innovation as core tenets.
Values: Innovation, future-oriented thinking, reliability, environmental responsibility, and social impact.

Core Technology & Products
MACLEC specializes in indigenous hydrokinetic technology, particularly its Surface Hydrokinetic Turbine (SHK Turbine) system. Key technical characteristics and offerings include:

SHK Turbines: Modular turbines capable of being deployed in various running water bodies (e.g. canals, rivers, streams, backwaters, even wastewater drains) provided minimum site criteria (velocity, depth) are met.
Types include fixed, floating, and hybrid variants, tailored for site-specific requirements.
Energy Storage / EMU: MACLEC developed a system for energy storage (referred to as EMU — Energy Management Unit), aimed at accommodating surplus generation and ensuring more consistent supply. These are designed with long lifespan, high round-trip efficiency, and minimal ecological footprint.
