John Satta

John Satta has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. John started their career at Telelogic as a Product Planning Manager and worked there until 2000. From 2006 to 2011, John served as the Director of Technology at AlphaPoint Technology Inc. John then joined The Associated Press as a Senior Business Analyst from 2011 to 2013.

After that, John worked at Cushman & Wakefield as a Product Manager/Senior Business Analyst. In this role, they were responsible for strategic business requirements during the global implementation of Salesforce.com.

Currently, John is employed at Macmillan Learning, where they hold various roles. Since 2014, they have been working as a Lead Business Analyst, overseeing requirements gathering efforts related to Salesforce within the company's larger Business Systems enterprise architecture. Furthermore, John serves as the Director of Business Systems at Macmillan Learning, a role they assumed in 2023.

John Satta obtained a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Manhattan College between 1976 and 1980. In addition to their formal education, they have received certifications in various areas such as Managing Teams and New Manager Foundations from LinkedIn in December 2020, and Learning GDPR from Lynda.com in September 2018.
