Kathy Lopez

Kathy Lopez is an experienced publishing professional currently serving as the Senior Pre-Production Manager at Macmillan Learning since March 2022, where responsibilities include overseeing the Pre-Production department and preparing content for production teams. Previously, Kathy worked as the Senior Managing Editor at Hayden-McNeil Publishing from 2014 to April 2022, managing a portfolio of 75 authors and numerous projects in higher education. Prior to that, Kathy held roles at Cengage Learning from 1991 to 2014, including Managing Editor, where leadership resulted in the successful management of multimillion-dollar product lines. Kathy holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Michigan Dearborn earned between 1989 and 1992.
